Aspen CO Foreclosures
Hey all,
The Aspen Foreclosure list is growing, it is now at over 50 properties, Glenwood springs foreclosures are up as well, same for vail and rifle.
As a Real Estate Agent for 18 years specializing in Short Sales and Foreclosures, I was curious to see how long it woud take for the aspen real estate market to be affected. Now the Aspen Real Estate Market is seeing many Foreclosures and Short Sale activity as well.
Keep in mind that this end of the business is complex and negociating with banks is something that you want your realtor to have EXPERIENCE in.
Virtually none of the Realtors in the Valley have this type of experience as our market has always been great.
Coming fromthe Boulder market where I had 35 listings all of which were REO listings (bank owned) I have amassed a great deal of experience in dealing with short sales, foreclosures and distressed real estate.
