Should I buy life insurance for my kids?

Generally speaking life insurance for children should be looked at from two different stand points.

1. Income replacement for you.

2. A savings vehicle for the child for the future.

In that order.  If you are in the unlikely and unthinkable situation where a child dies do you really want to be forced to show up to work at 8 am the next Monday morning?

In times of crisis liquidity is key.  Insure your child.

Assuming the child lives a healthy long life the child can borrow out of the cash value for college, but if they have a change in health insuring them now will guarantee that they at least have some amount of coverage.

go to http://TermRateQuote.com to purchase life insurance on your child.

By the way you will want whole life on your child.  It is a bit more expensive but it will give you the cash value as a savings plan.
