Snowmass Real Estate Market update – SOLD for 18.5 Million

Two lots and two homes lumped together sold for 18.5MM recently.  The Two Creeks homes set a new record for Snowmass Real Estate and definitely add some life to the depressed market around the valley.

One sales does not a market make, however it is good to see that people who have cash are shopping and getting value that they could not have previously.

As the lots are usually smaller in Snowmass Village with smaller homes it is unusual that a buyer could combine two homes like this into one compound.
